How do I send you my digital scan?

Email the files to contact@retainerxpress.co.uk. Please include your full name and order number

What happens after I send my scan?

Once received:

  1. We’ll verify your file for accuracy.
  2. You’ll get a confirmation email.
  3. Your retainers will go into production, usually within 24–48 hours.

What type of retainers do you make from scans?


We produce Essix-type clear retainers made from premium 1 mm and 1.5 mm ESSIX, the same materials used in top dental clinics.
